At Save a Death Row Dog Rescue we rehabilitate dogs with the help of our kind volunteers and have them ready for a new life with loving owners. When you adopt you are making a friend for life.

Miami Animal Services struggles to help over 200 dogs a day, these dogs are sadly euthanized simply owing to lack of space. Diana Peters, the founder of "Save a Death Row Dog Rescue Ranch", a non-profit organization, dedicates her time to saving dogs from being euthanized at the Miami Dade Animal Service Shelter. 

Our goal is not to only save the lives of dogs and puppies and find them forever homes, but to socialize them and address any issues they may have to lead them to live a balanced happy life before we find them a home. We are committed to promoting good practice encouraging people to spay and neuter their pets to maintain control of the animal population. Over 150 healthy fit dogs including puppies are killed every single day at the Miami Animal Services. This does not include the staggering figure from the Broward Shelter. 

As a nation, we claim to love our cats and dogs. Millions of households have pets, and billions of dollars are spent yearly on pet supplies and food. But as a nation, we should take a very hard and sobering look at a different annual statistic: the millions of dogs and cats given up to shelters or left to die on the streets. And the numbers tell only half the story. Every cat or dog who dies as a result of pet overpopulation—whether humanely, in a shelter, or by injury, disease and/or neglect - is an animal who, more often than not, would have made a wonderful companion, if just given the chance.

We have relocated in Davie Florida so we can rescue even more dogs and puppies from the "Death Row".

Thanks to his services we have been able to make our dogs more adoptable and therefore able to rescue even more. Brownie, Ginger, Zoey, Smitty, and Goldie are just a few that have been adopted out, and we owe a big part of that to Franco.
